Hi. I hope some real ballet experts and aficionados can help me with this one. I'm creating a computer generated, 3D animated ballerina. In order to show off my animation skills, I'd like her to do some really amazing, dramatic, breathtaking moves. So, need to see some ballet videos for reference. Can anyone recommend which classic ballets would have the most impressive, stunning female solos? I can only deal with one figure at a time for now so they really need to be solos. Here are some images to show the kind of thing I'm looking for. Thanks.

Giselle - stick with Act II, the "mad dance" of Act I is a bit much
Swan Lake - Odette has some very classic solo pieces very famous for the fouettes
The Nutcracker - Sugar Plum is very classic
some others to look at:
Firebird
Sleeping Beauty (the Bluebird Pas De Deux, or the Lilac Fairy, or Pincess Aurora's Variation)
Coppelia (Swanilda is female lead)
Don Quixote (female variation of the Don Quixote pas de deux)
La Sylphide

I hope that gets you started....you'll just have to find some copies of them at a local library or maybe buy them? Good luck with your project!

Symphony 25 or 40-one by employing Mozart (first pass) human beings used to pass to those symphonies in Mozart's day like we do horror video clips. human beings actually crapped themselves in terror. And, they are incredible products.
