Water signs get along best with other water signs (other Pisces, Scorpio, or Cancer) or Earth signs (Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn).
There's no accurate way to narrow it down to one. That's where the personalities come in. I'm a Scorpio, and I cannot date a Cancer, however I'm supposed to be compatible with them. I work better with the others. So, they can't really be narrowed down to one, but those are the ones you should be able to work better with.

They say cancer but I'm a pisces and married to a cancer and we never get along. Come to think of it everyone that I know that is a cancer, I have never gotten along with them either. But I think saggitarius is a really fun partner, they are playful and mutable just like a pisces.
