I ordered a gift on Nov. 27. Still have not received it. After 2 phone calls, I have received no answers. This is not good business practice on your part. I gave you credit for being a much better company than this. Perhaps I as wrong.

I have been through this. I "hope" you charged your credit card. If so, your credit card company will take care of this for you. They (at least Visa) are really excellent at conflict resolution, and believe me, the company you ordered from WILL talk to Visa!
