I have a starcaster elec. guitar and its string holes are different, how do I replace them?

instead of hollow holes its just a small gap. my guitar didn't come with an directions

Do you mean the string holes on the body or the tuners? It would be pretty easy to replace the tuners. The body would take serious work. Take it to a guitar store and ask them.
