Where can I get a sweater like Red Hot Chili Peppers' Flea wears at the BBC show in April 2006?

All the sweaters designed this way, that I see in stores and on the internet, have diamonds all on the chest and back, but not on the sleeves. This is the first time I saw them on the whole sweater. Does anybody know where I can get one like this, or at least this design (store name, ebay link...)???
Maybe you know someone else who knows and are able to ask them...
