Oh yes......I cut my shopping down to the barest minimum, in order to please but not bankrupt us. I put up decorations on Christmas Eve, cheered when the shops closed, went to a Carol Concert, visited relatives first thing in the morning, enjoyed a good Christmas Dinner with my loved ones, then sat peacefully with my wonderful husband and thanked our blessings.
Had a chill out on Boxing Day, ignoring Sales and Commercial Hype. Cards came down today, the rest on New Years day

Wonderful, celebrated the birth of Christ without getting swept away by commercialisation, come join me next year!!!!

Yes I suppose. I thought it was gunna be bad because Christmas eve I had a bit of an arguement with my parents and I was a bit miserable. But I spoke to my parents and we all enjoyed xmas day. Infact Im sad its over.

Yes. My family and I are alive, safe, healthy and prosperous, and will stay that way a while, God willing.

Even the kings of England hundreds of years ago didn't live as well as we do. Fresh food, clean water, health care, instant communication and easy transportation. We have vaccines, airplanes and the internet.

How could the average Joe complain? :)

Yes it did, but it was an awful lot of work. But without effort there is no pleasure in achieving something worthwhile, i suppose.

about what I deserved. I could have made it better with a little effort but the Holiday Season isn't over yet for me.
