Last year, with Taylor Hicks and Catherine Mcphee who do you think should have won? Why? If not Taylor who do you think was best?

If forced to make a choice, Chris Daughtry showed more talent and diversity than any of the others. That said, none of them offered anything unique. There was not one member of the final 12 contestants who didn't sound like someone already on the radio.
America was subjected to choosing from the best of a medicore bunch, and since the viewer votes aren't the final say, it didn't really matter anyway.

Chris Daughtry should have won! He was the best singer out of all of them. But between the final two, Taylor and Katherine, I think Taylor was the right person to win. He was a good singer and performer. I just didn't like Katherine much.

Well, I sorta think that Chris Daughtry should have won... I'm listening to his new CD right now, and I think it's much better than taylor's, even though he's pretty cool... katherine mcphee was just a barbie, though. she had a good voice but not a lot of personality.

I liked the bald headed guy to but when it came down to Taylor or Catherine it was Taylor hands down can not stand Catherine she is to fake.

I thought the bald headed guy(can't remember his name) was good, Taylor Hicks sucked! and so did Catherine

Mandisa hands down. How many beautifyl big girls could go onstage and work the crowd and tv audience like she did? Not to mention the Chaka Khan song that she sang that blew me away!! Do you know how many professional singers are out there that would never in a million years attempt to sing Chaka? One of the most difficult singers to attempt is definitely her!

Mandisa hands down, she sings a top suprano and a decent tenor. Her or Taylor cause Catherine ticked me off and i can't stand her voice

Katharine McPhee. without a doubt. i had mcpheever... i went to the finale too!!! i was like the only one with a mcphee sign... they we all like chicks for hicks and other ugly ones... mine was the best cause it had katharine and mcpheever

Katherine McPhee.
Taylor Hicks just isn't that good. He shouldn't have made it out of the first two weeks.
Kellie Pickler was also very good.

I seriously think Mandisa should have one. She had a ton of talent. It would have great if it came down to her and Chris.
