i really need help on final fantasy 12!!!?

Question

i'm stuck on the part when you are underground and have to keep killing those mosnter things (mimics) that keep sucking out the energy.I'm in a place called "The Barheim Passage". My party members are: Vaan, Balthier, Fran, and Bash. everybody keeps dying and if i bring them back they die again. How can i pass this level? Oh, and how do i swich who i am?

well, if u wanna switch party leaders, press "up" and pick the party leader u wanna be. well, it all depends on wat lvl ur characters are on. try training them to lvl 13. it helped me though. or you might even wanna try training them to a much more higher lvl. its up 2 u. -_^V
