No, because my husband comes from a family that grew up in the country and now most of them live in the city, but their ways are still country-minded and I love it. He is hard-working, responsible for his family, and has a strong outer and loving inner being. You dont find those types of things in too many men who grew up in the city. They are taught about survival and living on instincts and wit. Mostly how to get over on folks. Country men are just slower in their pursuit of life, take their time with what they do, and see everything for what it is and there is no better love in this world than from that of a country man!!!!!!!

The thing is we are not these bodies, IE; Race, color, nationality, religion, Job, senses, intellect. WE are eternal spirit souls, part and parcel of the Supreme Soul. The body is a vehicle for the soul. If one identifies in any way with it they are considered to be in illusion and mad.Nationalism is just another gross bodily attachment. This world at one time was one country so just because some mysers broke it up into boundaries doesn't mean we are differant in reality. Go to krishnaculture. for Vedic understanding of who we are in reality. Read Bhagavad Gita As it is By Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada

I think it depends on the person. In my case, no way! But, I have some cousins that made the transition from various places in small town Virginia to either Boston or New York City look easy. In my case, replace "Country" with "Southern".
