To be a size 6 by March 3rd, and a size 4 by '08, by working out 3 - 5 x a week (20 min. a day), interchanging my workout routine (abs, glutes, hamstrings, bi-ceps), drink 2.2 liters of water daily, and take Mega-women vitamins from GNC daily.
I'm all ready underway on my Weight goal, and am currently in a size 8 jeans. I have confidence I can do since I'm already started as of a month ago.

I don't make resolutions anymore. I never have enough will power to keep them. Then I feel guilty the rest of the year.
