Are you saying that your screen froze and then your computer went into hibernation because the battery was low?

Chances are, it was just freezing for a moment to start the hibernation process. All you'll need to do is just plug it in and turn it back on. It should charge and everything should be alright.

If the screen is still frozen, try re-booting.

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.

Need more info, please. What have you already tried? What mouse software are you using? Did it come with the computer or is it aftermarket?(Did you get it after you bought your computer?)
