It depends on the person on how he or she gets arroused.This has to do with the special sensations that everybody has and sometimes they differ from person to person.Although the thing you say that women may get arroused even with hugs,tends to be true because we women tend to be more passionate and sweet

it depends. if you really like the guy somtimes you can get a feeling in your stomache and that can cause it.
