It's basically Fergie declaring to the world that she is the best. She obviously doesn't have much self-esteem problems or modesty. She wrote the song herself! Yea...pretty stuck-up.

I think it lacks originality and I think songs in general are getting more and more self centered and vain. But at least, she mentions in her lyrics that she's not "permiscious or easy" I thought that was cool, other than that I don't think it's a good song.
