I came off the pill about 3 months ago due to side effects.

Normally my periods are regular, however last months was 2 days late but this month I am 10 days late.

When should I Start Worrying about being pregnant? We have been using condoms.

Some over-the-counter pregnancy tests can detect pregnancy very soon after your period was due - if only to put your mind at rest, buy one. If you have been using condoms its very unlikely you will be pregnant but nothing is 100% safe so its better to check.

You will probably find that if you do a test and it shows negative, you'll be less worried and you'll then get your period. Stress and worry can very easily affect things that way.

Depending on how long you were taking the pill, it could take your body a while to regulate again after stopping it. I'd say it might be worth talking to your doctor about other forms of birth control to use in conjunction with the condoms.

Often after getting off the pill, a woman's period will be normal the first month and then become less normal for a few months. It's due to your body adjusting to the lack of hormones. I'd test. 10 days late is more than enough for 95% of women to get a positive result if they are pregnant.

Coming off the pill can really mess up your periods. However, I came off the pill, had 2 regular periods and then was late...thought it was due to the pill but actually I was pregnant. You should take a test.

You should take a pregnancy test just to be sure but sometimes after being on the pill it takes a few months for your period to get back on track.

It can take a while for your cycle to revert to normal after using any kind of hormonal contraception,( the pill, coil, injection etc) if you have been using condoms i dont think you need to worry, but im sure your dr wont mind doing a test to ease your mind.

Hi, if your ever worried i would recomend doing a pregnany test about 10 days after the date you were due to start a bleed. if that comes up neg but your still worried i would do another test a week later to make sure.

becuz the pill is a dose of hormones, it might change your period, but yeah you should go get a test to be 100% positive, and condoms arnt 100% affective either so, go get a test done.

good luck!!

Why are not you supply to end college thoroughly? you received't get into an noticeably solid college (and through that I propose you'd be fortunate to get into community college). Plus believe me after I say you is basically not waiting for faculty with basically your learners and sophomore year as your base.
