Do I have to take my contacts out and put them in the eyes or can I put them in directly with my lenses on.

Definitely with your contacts in. That is exactly what it is made for. It is essentially the same as a rewetting/lubricating drop that you could get from Renu or Bausch & Lomb. Visine for Contacts does not remove redness, as the chemicals that do this are not safe for contact lens wearers. Therefore using Visine for Contacts without your contacts in, really does nothing except lubricate your eyes.

You can use them with or without your contacts in but usually people use them with the contacts in to lower the amount of hassle and it helps to keep the contacts hydrated along with your eyes.

You can put them in while wearing your contacts.
