What would be fun to do on New Year's? I am only 14 so it can't be getting drunk, etc. LOL

A tradition that I didn't learn about until I moved to the South is to have fireworks on New Year's Eve. People go NUTS down here with that stuff. There are basically "fireworks supermarkets" where people load carts with rockets of every description to shoot off at midnight. It's a really cool (and LOUD) way to ring in the new year--quite literally--with a BANG!
BTW...A parent should be the one to "LIGHT FUSE AND GET AWAY"

movie marathon is good. alcohol-free party for you and your friends, with food, games, etc. (we always used to drink sparkling cider for new year's, kinda fun still but no alcohol in it). just do something you enjoy. it's your way to welcome in the next year. i always light a candle at midnight and make a wish or a resolution to myself as well.

i go out an celebrate with some frends and go 2 old country buffet like about 9pm. Then play with some fire crackers. My dad buys them every year. I'm only 13 so thats wat keeps me fun.

gamblin, without money, i mean i just learned you can play for twacks, thats where you play poker(or any other card game), and the loser gets twacked by all the participants, it was pretty funny...
