Jehovah, Muhammad, etc., etc. People use personification in describing an 'ultimate power' to the Universe, and these are a couple of the names they have come up with to describe that entity.

Some say Eric Clapton, but I think that 's just silly.

As far as the 'nature' of God, that's silly, too. Nobody believes God is 'natural.' They believe he is above nature. Therefore, it's impossible to describe Him except, perhaps in human qualities (merciful, intelligent, wise, etc.), which also doesn't make a lot of sense since it's already been established that He's something other than human.

No human being can actually answer your question with any definitive accuracy, though many seem to believe they have the only correct claim on the answer. To them I say, 'prove it.' The conundrum is, I can't prove the non-existence of a 'God,' any more than someone can prove the existence of one.

Well the word GOD, you can play hell with it e.g god father, god mother, tin god besides man being supreme creation of Allah,he worships sun as god, animals, idols etc.
To be Allah you should be one and only, does not require food to eat
or sleep, nor is He born nor did He gave birth, & He should be incomparable to anything in this universe.
Any one who fits in the above 4 Line definition I am willing to accept
him as Allah.

I recollect a song from a while ago that asked, "What if God was one of us?" I remember yelling at the radio, "He is one of us." Jesus is God. If you want to know more about him read your Bible.

A mythical creation of man used to strike fear into enemies and make him feel more important than he really is. Man is just an animal, only when he accepts that will he be free.
