I am 23 years old and over the past 2 years I have had Ectopic pregnancies and with both I lost a tube. I was wondering if there was any other possibilities in getting pregnant other than Invitro Fertilization. Any help I would really appreciate. Thanks !!!

The egg that you ovulate must have a way of transversing itself to the uterus...must also have to have a place to become fertilized...thus the purpose of fallopian tubes. Invitro fertilization is about your only alternative.

Fertility is reduced with only one Fallopian Tube, but not reduced by 50%. The vast majority of women with one Fallopian Tube can conceive without problem. But if both tubes are gone, then IVF is the only option. Have your tubes been totally removed or has an attempt been made to join up the ends?

The odds of being able to get pregnant without Fallopian Tubes is much like winning the lottery. In other words, pretty much impossible. In this particular scenario, you only have one option.

I'd look at it this way: at least you still have an option, whereas many would-be mothers must cope with being barren.

that's nessessary to being pregnant to have a minimum of a million tube for the egg again down after that's released from the ovary. There are tiny fingerlike hairs on the top of the tube that grabs the egg and pulls it into the tube for delivery to the womb. IF there are no longer any tubes, the ovaries cant shoot the egg to something. you should use IVF although, to acheive being pregnant however the tubes are thoroughly nessessary in case you go with for to do it ode de organic.
