Yes, take some marine calk and seal the trunk shut. This will reduce the vibration to the front windshield.

The mirror is held on by a hex headed set screw. The wrench may come as part of a new adhesive kit used to reinstall rear view mirrors on the windshield. I would first try tightening the set screw. See if you can feel any looseness in the mirror.

TURN IT DOWN. you are ruining the overall sound quality with that rattling and really its not very pleasing to anyone then. Go to your local audio store and ask for advice im sure they have some product to line your windows with or alternate suggestions.

You might want to tighten the screws that hold it on or take care of the vibration in the trunk. They have stuff you can buy at the store that takes care of vibrations. But my advice to you is to think what you are doing to your vehicle. My son had a heck of a system but soon learned that he was vibrating allot of stuff loose on his car. He valued his car more than the sound system and got rid of the system. Plus, when you have after market "stuff" put on your car, you are more likely NOT to receive top dollar for your vehicle.
