I watched this stupid film with a friend and neither one of us laughed once. All I could think was how embarrasingly obvious it was that this lame movie was trying so hard to be "different" and cool and it just wasn't funny. Only thing I can think of that might be less funny is every movie Christopher Guest and his crew made after Spinal Tap. It's a toss up.

While I did like Guest and McKean's "mockumentaries," I agree that Napoleon Dynamite was one of the worst films ever made. I have no idea how it became such a huge hit, and the same goes for Nacho Libre. I ordinarily love Jack Black and think he's hysterical, but this movie was a bad career move.

I'd say most romantic comedies are pretty lame. Anything with Jennifer Lopez. Monster-in-law. Worst. Movie. Ever.

On the advice of my then ten year old granddaughter i did not bother to watch it. She thought it was absolutely stupid. I don't like any of those stupid spy spoof movies that I can't remember the names of either. With "mini me" and "yeah baby". I hate those.
