I have a bluetooth logo on my laptop and I also have bluetooth on my motorola Razr cell phone. I can not figure out how to hook them up with each other. The instructions in the "help and support center" on my laptop says to look in printers and other hardware for the bluetooth but it says nothing about bluetooth in that folder.

Hi Hol,

On the Macintosh there are System Preferences that you can go to that will have a Bluetooth logo to go in and turn it on and do your thing. There should be something like that on a Windows PC. Look under My Computer. There might be something there or do a search. Sorry, I hope that this helps. Best of luck to you.

right click my computer-select manage- click on device manager and see if it's in there first(internal hardware) then check that you have drivers for it in add/remove programs.
