my best friend is not being a friend?

ok here is the story lately my friend(who is a girl) has been acting very @$$holish first off she isnt acting the least bit interested in what i say(this has been going on for the past two or three weeks so i know its not her monthly visitor) and then yesterday i called her and she wouldnt talk to me then someone called and i said "let me call you back" and she said "ok" well one minute later i called her back and she didnt answer then i called her again around 8 her mom picked up and said she would have her call back i called again at 10 no one answered i got on messenger and she was invisible to me i know this because i talked to my other friend on there and she said well cant you see that she is online so yes she was invisible to me i tried talking to her asking her why she didnt answer and she got mad and said "hey i am not your girlfriend and i have my own life maybe i didnt feel like talikng you @$$hole" i am thinking about stoping talking to her but she is my best friend

Talk to her about it and ask her if you guys are still cool. If not, ask her wuts wrong and try to fix it. If its not worth fixing get a new friend. She may be jealous, annoyed, or just a *****.

I know it hurts, but maybe you shouldn't see her anymore. My bestfriend has been ignoring me since November 11th over something stupid I did but thats not the point. She problly has a boyfriend and he doesn't want her to be talking to you. Ask her friends whats going on with her. Maybe something in her family has just came up and shes depressed. Ask her other friends and find out whats up with her.

Well first of all, you say she has been acting really selfish, but maybe something happened to her? Maybe she might be jealous of something you did or it made her feel bad or it might also be that she might be going through a tough time. I reccomend you stay away from her right now...
