I want to divorce my wife but I know if I divorce her she will file false spouse abusal to get revenge . Her behavior is abnormal . She stopped talking to people in the community several months, she does not pick up any phone calls except her parents and me, she does not even respond to email. If any neighbour comes she does not talk or come in front of them, Once they are gone she becomes extremly angry with very bad languages . Because of her I cannot go to any social gathering bcause she won't go and I cannot explain to people why she won't go.
I asked her to see a pshycriatist but she does not want to keep any medical record. She also threatens me if I bother on this then she will sue against me on spousal abuse which will cause lots of trouble in my immigration. The main problem is I cannot have any witness as she does not talk to anybody or even when she talks
she behaves normal infront of others and after they are gone she becomes mad at me.

The burden of proof of domestic assault is on her as she's the one making the accusation.
the most she could possibly do is get a temp restraining order against you, in which case, she also bears the burden of proof and has to testify under oath...if she lies it's perjury and there are ways to counteract that, esp if you are innocent.

Go away and live your life. Accept that you will not be able to re-marry until she comes to you to ask for a divorce when SHE wants it, for whatever reason. Life is to short my friend to spend it trying to figure out how to control other peoples actions and thoughts. Remember, even if you are 100% correct, the court of popular opinion will never issue you a divorce decree! Good Luck to you in the New Year.

The best way to avoid domestic violence charges is to not get with crazy dumbass bitches in the first place. The next time she acts crazy in front of other people call the police & file on her as you will have a witness.

Does she drink? If she gets the reputation for being a drunk, that ruins and invalidates everything she says or does, especially with her being a female. People will discount or disregard everything she says, and will not be able to mention her without also mentioning the drinking whether it remains true or not for the rest of her life and even after her death.

Get an attorney. Claims of abuse generally have to be backed up with evidence of some sort. The mere claim by itself won't carry much weight with the courts.

How is she going to file false spouse abusal? She is acting weird don't you lose it. When women get older their hormones levels change and they get a little wierd. I suggest a book by Gary Null "The Complete Encyclopedia Of Natural Healing". He can tell you all about hormone levels and how to fix your wife and you.

get a lawyer first, then move out when she is not home and have a witness. she can not file spousal abuse or claim it without evidence, and only is permissable in court if she can substantiate it with police records, sworn statements from doctors, or witnesses...
