Command & Conquer Generals in window mode?

How do you run Command and Conquer: Generals in it's own window, rather than it taking up the whole screen? I'm using Windows XP.

You can run CCG in window if you're in debugging mode. But a debuggging widow will appear. Goto
http://commandandconquer.filefront.com
and search for this file: GeneralsUtils.zip

I've never been able to run it in a window.

i have W7 home premium x64 and it works fine for me, although i have to turn my second screen off because it doesnt work with 2 screens.
