I had a Razr phone myself..and tinkered with that idea. Your phone depending on the model may not support mp3 but a ringtone format such as mmf or midi. You should be able to use a search engine to look for a free audio editor to cut your music file down to about 20 secs then another free ringtone maker software that converts the file to any ringtone format. You can check with your phone manual to see what formats are supported because they are several. It may support mp3 but you will have to drop the bit rate to below 64 kbs and less than 30 seconds. Worth a shot..

The razr supports MP3.Ttry making up a track in mono with 64 bit rate and send it to the phone. That should play ok. WM player is perhaps not the best programme to use here as it is WMA based. There are quite a few free ripping programmes on line if you are after using CDs as source, otherwise you have to convert wma to mp3 to use it

i like my Razr. yet mine has a brilliant form of dots (sand?) caught below the reveal, so that is not uncomplicated to be sure . the telephone got here that way, yet i did no longer have a rebate. with a bit of luck, it somewhat is a uncommon case. inspite of this one con, it has many greater execs. i could propose you to get it.
