Turn off the computer.
The clock in your computer is how the computer manages processes in the system. So many clock "ticks" of CPU time are spent handling all the things you want the computer to do.
If you somehow figure out how to "stop" the clock in the CPU, that means that the computer will simply freeze up and do nothing.
Perhaps you should explain what you are trying to accomplish by stopping the clock. There are programs which allow you to "slow down" the clock but it does not ACTUALLY slow down or stop the clock...it reduces the number of clock ticks used by a program so older software will run properly on newer computers.

yes u can click on clock icon,when it pops up,use /check hide clock function.
