im buying a wireless networking adapter for my 360 so i can play it in my room but is that all i need? does my pc have to be wireless to? or is there something i can plug into the back of it? thanks

pc doesn't need to be wireless, but you'll need (if you haven't got 1) a wireless gateway linksys & belkin usually come with an adapter.
hardwire the pc to the wirelessG by ethernet, following the set up instructions
then you will have to play around with the settings for your 360 (unfortunatly i can't help you further[don't have or know anything about 360's])

you need to get a wireless router from your broadband supplier, and to set it up you need to set up the router with your PC first through USB or Ethernet, then set your xbox 360 up to connect through the wireless network adapter and search for the router and follow on screen instructions, its not too hard as i managed it!

i just bought a bt wireless router (£50) and made my p.c wireless and put the router next to my 360 to utilise the ethernet port. 360 live is absolutly wicked

i think you need a wireless modem or router, ask the people in game/game station they will know for sure.
