I think the closest thing to high school you are going to get is Sims 2 University Expansion.

You can go to the sims2.ea.com and then click "exchange" and then "lots." By doing so, you can download MANY buildings, from residential to commercial. OR you can go to modthesims2.com. There, they have TONS of buildings, clothings, hacks, etc to download. ^_^
