they are certainly good. They contain folic acid, which is important for fertility and is very good whether you are pregnant trying to conceive or, just, unhealthy. They're full of iron too which is good because pregnancy can sometimes lead to anaemia. They are good for both you and baby, :)

yes,pregnacare is reallyy good as it has all ur body needs during the pregnancy.I am 32 weeks pregnant and i and taking pregnacare and have not needed any other supplements and extra dosage of iron as yet.

I took Pregnacare and also Asda own brand pregnancy vitamins. Both were fine.
I'm still taking them now as I'm breastfeeding - my baby was born four weeks ago.

I took pregnacare all throughout my pregnancies and then when I was breastfeeding, I found they were affordable and had all the vitamins I needed, so yeh I would recommend them :)

Yes, I took these. They have all you need so no additional vitamins/ minerals required and contains the right amount of folic acid needed for you both. Just make sure you still eat healthily as tablets are never able to replace the right nutrition such as fresh fruit and veg.
