I know this sounds corny, but my new years resolution is to try not to automatically put people down...but take people seriously.

New years resolutions are an example. We all make them and nobody really takes them seriously, well I am going to.

My new years resolution is to genuinely take seriously, and support all the resolutions that people make this year!

I hope you all succeed in what you want to do. I want to pat the back of every person that gives up smoking, wink knowingly at everyone who gives up pointless relationships and thank my ex wife for keeping cynicism and skepticism alive for so many years after the Greeks thought they needed no further explanation!

Happy New Year Everyone!!!!

I to normally try all year round. Started my exercise program in November. I'm away from home for the holidays eating extra, so I am keen to get home and continue that. Then I usually set resolutions for April.

But some different circumstances I wont go into made this year a bit more for normal resolutions. They will be:

Buy a house.

Drink more water and eat breakfast.

Take time to enjoy more - go to more sports and concerts, plan a major vacation.

Those are good resolutions. I want to become more positive as well. I also would like to give more to my community with Volunteer work and giving to charity.

Mine would be to get back to working out on my total gym which stopped, due to the place I work for increasing our workload. Also would like to get off third shift permanantly, it's just such a tiresome shift.

I have decided that I can not change the world only myself.
I hope to continue my self examination and remove those things that are causing me to fall short of what I can be.
