Part of American culture has died. James Brown was as unique as one can get - a true independent spirit. Representative of America and all her glory. He will never be replaced. RIP.

I just read about that at work. What a shame. He lived a very dramatic life and thus died a very appropriate and peaceful death... in his hospital bed on Christmas Eve saying he was looking forward to his show on New Years Eve.

James brown the wife beater is dead,hope this means the lady's are safe now.James the drug user and convicted criminal was in jail on more than one occasion,the music was good but he is no role model too be proud of.
