its is only leagle if you own the rights to the vid/track or if you have the owners permission to use it.

If the song or video is copyright, and you don't own the rights to it (or they are given to the public), then it's illegal.

If you get a video clip from a source that allows you to replay it, or you take the video clip yourself (and therefore own the rights to it), then your OK.

**Note: I am not a lawyer although I'd been known to argue with a few.

It is illegal to post any copyrighted material to either of these sites (or anywhere else) unless you own the copyright or have permission.

If you didn't compose the music or use your own camera to make the videos then YES. It's illegal.
