I think make up is great but only when its un-noticable, if people don't know its there then they have nothing to complain about but it all depends on the way you want to look.
I wouldn't suggest bronzer this time of year, the touch of blusher looks great, jus sweep over the cheek bones as you smile and it gives the skin a natural glow instead of a wash of one colour.
Natural tones look good with dark eyes and hair and pale skin, as long as the eyeshadow isn't to dark, or wear none at all and just use mascara, clear or dark masacara doesnt matter just change it around abit.
Either do dark or noticeable eyes and leave the lips or do bright lips and natural eyes.
well thats my opinion however you may think differently

Well, I'm personally liking the iridescent look - just dab a bit of shimmer on the cheekbones (Revlon's Skinlights illuminator in Natural Light at £9.99 RRP suits all skin-tones, and is a favourite of make-up artists - but brands such as 17 in Boots do equally good versions for half the price!). However, the blusher look was very big on the catwalk in pastel colours - don't go too red!
I have dark brown eyes myself (go us!), and I like the smokey eyed look with dark (but well blended) eyeshadows. Mascara suits this look and brings out the eyes too. However, remember that it's a good idea to emphasis one feature of your face at a time - if you want to wear lots of eyeshadow and mascara, I'd recommend playing down your lips in a nude shade (also very popular this season, see Kate Hudson for inspiration!), and likewise, if you're wanting to experiment with lip-colour, try wearing nude or no eyeshadow.
Most of all - enjoy make-up! Use the guidelines, but don't be afraid to shake it up and have some fun too - personalise it, and you'll always be beautiful.
Hope this helps!

rosy red cheeks - bronzer at this time of year will make you look cheap as it looks like fake tan. you can pull off both dark and light eye shades - try blue or purple.

depends on what you will wear and when, for the night, go for the bronze ,slightly tanned with dark mascara , and bronze eye shadow with a dark eyeliner, but for day time, it is always good to look fresh and therefore, rosy red English rose will look perfect, dark mascara will always look nice and nice natural rose gloss will look great :) as for the color of you eyes, everything looks nice on your color, from white or beige to dark black, silver black and gold black looks great on dark eyes at night :)

If you want a slight tanned look and don't mind splashing out try YSL natural blusher, but if you want more of tanned look try the next one up from natural. For your eyes i would go with a gold or purple for the day time and smokey eyes for the evening.
hope this helps!!

I feel if you want to accentuate your eyes and use a lot of eye-makeup, lips should be understated. Maybe just a light gloss on them.
I like peach-tones for blush, and I think peach tones look good on just about everyone. I found an interesting site when I typed "makeup tips" on Yahoo's search engine.
You could try visiting makeup sites, like L'Oreal, Elizabeth Arden, etc. Most of those sites have tips on them.

If you have dark eyes and hair, but pale skin(same as me), I suggest you use either an olive green eyeshadow or some shade of purple. =]

go to your local department store and ask for a free makeover at the beauty counter - then note the colours they use on you - then go to boots and get the 17 range, they do great and limited editions in colours etc - much more economical
