Do the same as if the plague does not exist. And hope i am one of those humans, that are immune to that plague. I think there is nothing else you can do.

If a plague broke out tomorrow, chances are the western world wouldn't know about it for a day or two, because it would almost certainly begin in some place that's far away from 24/7 news -- certain parts of Africa, for instance.
I think the only thing I could do would be to go about my routine, until I have to stop. My employer is an international firm with guidelines for what to do in the event of such an emergency; many of us could work from home and keep in touch via e-mail. Also, I stay as healthy as I can and encourage others to do the same.
Apart from that, I have no plans. I figure that such an event will be so thoroughly disruptive that the average citizen can do very little to either prepare for or cope with it.

I am sure it wouldnt last long becuz my God is very powerful and will end the plague

try to tell you all to repent! so TheG-D WHO sent the plague would stop it, should you repent of your secular verbal cancer against G-D.
