Loo-BEG

the oo sound is short like the U in PUT , or in TURF .(thats how E is pronounced in french when it is alone and doesn't have any ACCENTS on it )

the STRESS is on the BEG syllable .

I would think it's pronounced like Leh - beh gyoo... Just a wild guess

I think maybe
leh-beg
without the ue /oo/ sound. Looks French to me, and /ue/ maybe silent, after the g sound.
