when i checked out my limewire it said i may have security problems. how can i find this out?

i am having a problem downloading my limewire. when i checked support they said to check my security,how do i check that out

Remove limewire. beginners shouldnt use that program because they could be sharing a entire directory (my document) with everyone that has limewire on the internet. Its too risky because it opens up closed ports that your antivirus program has closed to protect you from hackers. Its a trade off, either have limewire or have virus problems, i would get rid of limewire..

Go to

Control panel

Network and Internet connections

Internet Options

then click on the Security tab

click Custom Level

then look down the list to enable downloading or what ever else could be causing it do do that.
