I can do both- be part of a team and take responsibility. I'd be willing to be in charge and take the blame for the rest of the team

I'm a team player, doing the work that needs to be done without complaint. But I don't play well with others since I'm usualy mean to everyone - every now and then, for no reason at all!

I'm a team player as long as I get to be the leader and yes, I would take full responsibility if things went awry.

I do things my own way and I love to do things by myself. I've tried to be a team player but it just doesn't work for me.

I play well with others! I can make people think that things are their idea if I think they are wrong about something and then if it doesn't turn out I can take the blame. I also, however, run with scissors. :o)

Most of the time I do but if the team's ideas aren't working I will suggest a better plan of action.

Yes I'm good working with teams, but there are somethings I prefer working alone. When I initially read your question I was reminded of how I was really bad at sharing my toys in kindergarden... he he, those were the good old days.

For a natural born leader (which i consider myself) there is no other way!!!!.
You lead, you succeed... if you don't- you get sh!t.

you HAVE to be able to play with others, either as a follower or a leader... there is nothing better than to achieve something, and being able to share that with people that were there. Some call it comradery....

When it's my job, I work with the team as needed. When it's my home, I do it myself. The team isn't very helpful there!
