Start | Settings | Printers & Faxes and delete the unwanted printer from the list -- right click on and seletct delete. (Can also see this under Control Panel | Printers & Faxes.)

It should un-install just like any other printer. Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs and look for it. If it is listed there do the uninstall from there. That will get rid of most of the stuff. Then you can do a search to find any left over Folders or files that were associated with it and manually delete them. The uninstall program always leaves files on the disk that are no longer used. Also if you feel comfortable in doing so, Edit your Registry and delete all references to that printer.
