Oh, honey, I feel ya. I've been married for 12 years and have been everywhere from just looking at him and GUSH to being dry as a bone. I'll try to give you some pointers...
Use a lubricant. KY jelly is okay, but I prefer Vagisil lubricant. It's a liquid, so it doesn't get dry and gooey like KY. It's nice and slippery for any body part it's applied to. I haven't tried the warming one yet...that's next on my list *wink*
Speaking of which, that's something else I'd like to mention. Every person has a different turn on. And the same person can have different turn ons at different points in their lives. Experiment. Get a little crazy. See if you can find a fetish that may be a little different, but is all kinds of fun!!
Talk to your partner. See if they're unintentionally doing something that actually turns you off, or if they can do something a little different. And return the question. What can you do to improve your relations? Sometimes you don't even need to talk...without a word, take their hand and adjust the position, pressure, whatever to make it feel better. Make sure you give them a sly smile so they wonder what you're up to. Use your hand to "show" them what you want. They're not mind readers, after all ;)
Light some candles, get some slinky lingerie, have your toys ready, and have a ball!!! (or two, as the case may be hehehe)
Have Fun!!

Lubrication doesn't necessarily mean arousal. Are you having problems with lubrication, arousal, or both? If it's just lubrication, just use some KY.
Are you on birth control or other medication? They can cause you to lose your sex drive. I personally would recommend marijuana for the loss of libido. Seriously, a few hits of weed and I am all over my boyfriend.

1. I would suggest having an exam and your hormone levels checked. You are too young to be having this symptom.
2. KY jelly works really good and is safe to use with a condom.(don't use vaseline as it will weaken the latex and the condom could break.)
3. For a more lasting effect start on Vitamin E.

You could use a lubricant. Also, oral sex may help you get wet, before sex. It always works for me.

well, i would say use the creams or just take your time to get turned on. Do other things to excite yourself. Whatever it takes.
