It should be in there unless it was deleted.

Hit Start-Programs-Accessories and it should be there listed as "Paint".

If it's not there, open up Windows Explorer and browse here...

C:\ Windows\ System32\ mspaint.exe

You can make a shortcut to that on your desktop.

Welcome to the world of Microsoft..has its ups and downs as you can see. What I understand Microsoft is stripping away many of the basic programs that were included in its package to avoid future monopolistic suits against it division. First its Microsoft Works went Wordpad is gone and I know most of its games included now are third party. You'll have to pay close attention to what is slowly disappearing from the start menu these days. But GNU licence is out now with the firm belief that all software should be free, so anything you need you should be able to dig up online free of charge by using any search engine. I posted a link below with several graphic editors for you use.

i think of you're finding on the "pronunciation" line in that lexicon dictionary effect. I think of meaning that's how the notice for "god" in Aramaic is suggested. and that i'm guessing those capital letter point out which of the letters and marks would be written out in Aramaic script, when you consider that (like Hebrew) the written Aramaic notice does no longer have revealed most of the vowels. .

open "Add remove programs" in your control panel
Select "Add/Remove Windows Components"
highlight "Accessories and Utilities" and click the "Details" button
highlight "Accessories" and click the "Details" button
place a checkmark next to "Paint" and click "OK"
