for me, it is the lack of sunshine.
the days are cold and short - I live in the Midwest.
I am much more energy April through October!

Going to the gym helps me! Try it!

Lack of sunshine and exercises. Fruit juices, vegetables and liver cleanup with essential oils (ask a specialist!) could help.

you may be wise and get to a known practitioner? If its been threw your entire existence your stupid now to not bypass to a medical doctors.different then that stay Hydrated, drink water, swim or some thing. If not then i wager your body is making waiting for hell. Did u do some thing incorrect?

I feel tired and upset when there's no snow on the ground. If there's snow on the ground, I'll be alright. Also, I mean 6 inches or more, no that little petty tease known as an inch.

Me too.
My theory is we have to spend more energy to stay warm and so we haveless energy for normal things yet we have to continues to do them...so we feel dragged down by things that seem routine.
