I put the camera box into another box and surrounded it with styrofoam...is this what they are referring to? Thank you!

I think they just mean to stick the product in a second box for shipping.

They don't want you to ship the item in the products original carton because its not heavy duty enough for going through the shipping system.
So you put their box in a regular cardboard box, make sure its got peanut packing or bubble wrap around the inner box, so that it doesn't get broken in shipment.
