Join the fan club of the band/artist you want to meet. They usually give some away to members.

usually they have promos if you purchase their cd at the concert you get a ticket or wrist band for the meet and greet. that is how my daughter ususally gets them.

You can listen to the radio stations....alot of the time they will give them away through contests. Just curious....who would you like to 'meet and greet'?

Win them from a radio station, or befriend a DJ.
I have a friend who does concert security, and that usually gets him backstage, as well.
