Wow!! I hope this was a typical error.. Cause this is really a stupid question..
You need to eat healthy foods for you and the baby/babies.
Eat 4-6 small portion meals a day.
Breakfast
small snack
lunch
small snack
dinner
small snack.
Your snacks can consist of Fruits, Veggies, Nuts, Smoothies or anything healthy.
Nothing Greasy, High in saturated Fats or High Sodium.
STAY AWAY from Soda, High Sugared Drinks, ALCOHOL

Yes very much eating healthy foods though, try to stay on fruits and fresh vegetables try to stay away from greasy oily foods hot sauce and alot of sugar also soda and coffee besides that whatever you put in your mouth the baby will appreciate as much as you do

If the nutrition is cooked after the wine is extra, that's extremely fantastic. most of the alcohol will be cooked out. not confident if dijon is cooked after the wine is extra (i'd wager that that is, considering there is not any age decrease on utilizing it.) nonetheless, until eventually you're eating an finished jar of mustard, there does not be sufficient alcohol to make the slightest massive difference.

Umm yeah you and your baby really need food. You will probably get weird cravings while pregnant. Go to your doctor for a list of things you shouldnt have while pregnant.

You are supposed to eat food while pregnant. there are certain things you Dr. will recomend you cut back on or stay away from, like caffine, but food in general needs to be eaten.

lol ya i think the doctor might advise to eat some of it while your pregnant!
but seriously-- mine gave me a list of what to avoid but online you can pretty much get the same info about what fishes to avoid. Deli meats and cheeses are also bad! too much caffeine also not a good thing!
