I mean when they're in the age of 25-30 i guess everything is fine, but what happens to their bodies when they're starting to get real old like 60 or 70? i mean after all they did have a lot of cirguries.

The surgeries have no bearing on thier aging patterns. TS do have to continue to take hormones late into thier life and there could be complications from that. Most people tend to have diminishing levels of thier primary hormone (testosterone or estrogen, depending on your sex) as they age. Barring accidents or other health problems, they tend to live out normal lifespans

well most old women develop masculine characterists as they get older neways do to menopause some even grow THICKKK mustaches so it wouldnt really mater lol but most trannies will take hormone supplements even into late age so they will be iight.

most of us do die before then some of us wont, just depends on the life and how early they transitioned, if you have been taking pills most of your life and have been just punishing your liver, chances are its gonna just shut down sooner or later, some of us TS dont all take pills some take injections, or use patches, or hormonal implants. which is much safer but just like everyone else we die of natural causes.....

wat do u mean wat happens to them? do u think they jsut fade away? they're just old...everybody will be one day.
