Watch how you cross your "t's" (No joke). When crossing a "t" make sure to follow through with a cross that is height (upper third of "t" and make sure to follow though with a complete cross all the way though and beyond. It is called graphology therapy I think. And it does work. Get a book on graphology form you library and check it out so you can see what I'm talking about better. The theory is, handwriting is really a print of how our brain works. People without the use of their hands can still learn to write legibly with their feet or with a pen or pencil held by their mouth. Which supports the theory that penmanship is a reflection of whats going on in the brain.

Wikipedia has a good article. Its says that its often linked to perfectionism, the idea that if you can't do something perfectly, its not worth doing at all. It also contains some good links to other articles on the net.

Amazon has some books on both procrastination and perfectionism.

One useful tip is if you always try to do things in order from most important to least important or vice versa, try doing it the other way round.

This is a serious question and it seems like everybody has jokes. Now, most of the stuff you put off doing usually takes like 2-3 minutes. For example putting your clothes on the hanger when you take them off. That takes like 10 seconds and it saves alot of time later. Read this book: The Now Habit by Neil Fiore

First, stop any habits that are negative and "take over your day". This includes daydreaming, smoking, watching tv, surfing the web for shi-- and giggles, et al. it's these things that keep you from accomplishing tasks. ALWAYS have a concrete positive reason for soing something.
This is very, very hard to do but I am starting to work on it.

It sounds silly but just do it. When you have something to do don't put it off just get it over with. Go against that urge to do it later. You will feel so much better afterward.

Make a list of everything you have to do. Tell yourself you are going to do the first thing on the list. When that gets boring do something else on your list till its done.
