My favorite is CRC Standard Mathematical Tables and Formulae. I looked it up on Amazon and it's now in its 30th edition.
Here's a few others that turned up:
CRC Standard Probability and Statistics Tables and Formulae, Student Edition by Stephen Kokoska
CRC Handbook of Chemistry and Physics, 86th Edition by David R. Lide
CRC Handbook of Chemistry and Physics, 87th Edition (Crc Handbook of Chemistry and Physics) by David R. Lide
Table of Integrals, Series, and Products, Sixth Edition by I. S. Gradshteyn
Handbook of Mathematical Functions: with Formulas, Graphs, and Mathematical Tables by Milton Abramowitz
Also I like the Van Nostrand Scientific Encyclopedia, well updated and now available as a two volume set. A bit pricey but probably well worth it if you can swing it. I got the hulking 1986 single volume at a yard sale for about 10 dollars. It's out of date for applied sciences, but good for math since the essentials of math never go out of date. Also good for browsing.
