actually doing it, i use to be afraid of going down a slide head first into a pool but i did it and i found it very fun, if you dont find it fun and are still scared than stop, its not your thing but you can also try it over and over until your not afraid if you really need to jump large ramps

by trying it... commit to it.
i had a huge fear or swimming in a lake... one day i just ran and jumped off the back of the boat. granted i swam like hell to get back on the boat but i did it.
just do it. dont think about it or it will pshyc you out
