I just got it yesterday christmas day when i download my songs to my mp3 then I listen to it for like 20-30 then then battery goes dead and I changed the battery about 4 time what is the problem??I make sure i didnt get no water on and it still didnt work which mad me mad I tried to listen to it this morning and it still didnt work, when I try turning it on it flikers like a light of some sort ,what could be the problem??Please tell me what I should do.

Your lucky because it's brand new so you can take it back to where it was purchased (with the receipt), and they should immediately give you a new one. Tell them new batteries only last 1/2 hour or so and the player only operates intermittently. I wouldn't let them tell you to send it to the manufacturer for repair because it wasn't working right as soon as you opened the box. Also, if it works when they try it in the store, wait around for enough time for it to stop playing to prove to them that it has a problem.

I'm guessing the mp3 isn't that good and the battery life isn't very long. What type of mp3 did you get?

don't waste any more time and just return it to the store.
