Is raising a child in poverty child abuse?
Is neglect child abuse?
Is not being able to feed your child...child abuse?
Consider the three reasons above. I'd bet that these are the top three questions women have when contemplating an abortion.
Pro-lifers see abortion as the "easy way out." Do you think having an abortion is an easy thing to do? Hell No.
Unless you pro-lifers are standing at the steps of abortion clinics willing to adopt all of the babies, then they need to mind their own business.

How about a third option, that it's a rational decision by a person who best knows whether she can capably raise a child. See the book Freakonomics.
There are tens of millions of pro-lifers, and 100,000 children who need to be adopted. Surely some pro-lifers can take care of these 100,000 children? Otherwise, why would you introduce another 500,000 children into the world (just in America) each year, if you can't take care of the ones already here?
How many children have you adopted?

No its not abuse. Would you rather a mother have a child that she can't take care of. A child that will have to live a life of neglect, suffering, minimal protection and affection. I think if a mother knew she didn't have the means time or got pregnant from circumstances she couldnt control she has the right to have an abortion. I know that she can always put the child up for adoption but there are some children that end up going from foster home to foster home and stay in group homes in the remainder of the time. If you know that you can't provide a loving home for your child to grow up and florish in abortion it's better than neglecting them.

It is not your place to pass judgment. I have have made mistakes in the past. I have asked for forgiveness, repeatedly. It is up to the Lord to pass judgment. Not you or anyone else. Have you ever seen a child that has been abused. Not just pictures. Really looked at an unwanted and abused child. It makes you sick.

under the law abortion is not a crime as the child is not a child it is a thing
But that does not make it right or wrong
Sometimes people do not have any choice but to abort
Every story is different and no one can comment on anything that they have not experienced

Having a child you don't want is abuse of yourself, the unwanted baby, your parents who'll have to look after the child when you're out partying, the education AND the life you could have had.

I don't think that abortion is wrong. Killing someone who is unborn is not a killing. That's just my opinion.

definitely abuse. I've heard so many people say that it doesn't hurt the baby, but how would they know?? a person who says abortion doesn't hurt has never been aborted. I'm against it.

I don't believe it is child abuse, so it is neither abuse against a man or women, unless the girl has been abused and impregnanted.
